- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- On your computer, open Firefox.
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
- On your computer, open Safari.
- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
- Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.
- On your computer, open Edge.
- In the upper-right corner of the browser, select Settings and more.
- Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.
- Enable the data that would like to be deleted every time the browser is closed.
- On your computer, open Internet Explorer.
- In the upper-right corner of Internet Explorer, click the (Tools) icon, then select Internet options.
- Click the Delete… button in the Browsing history section.
- Select only the options for Temporary Internet files and Cookies.*
- Click Delete.
- Close all Internet Explorer windows.
Android
- Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Tap Clear cache, Clear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate.
iOS
- From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
- Toward the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, tap the button for Clear History and Website Data, then tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
